As I have never really played Minecraft, I spent most of my time trying to figure out what I was doing. I accidentally griefed a little bit of Halle Swift's house and when I figured out how to work it, I decided on what to make and where. Sadly just as I was about to start it was time to pack up, so the next chance I get, I will spend it creating things on Minecraft. My idea is to make a medical lab for cancer research. The reason why I have picked cancer research is because it is a very deadly desease that I believe we should spend time working on cures.

I started building a cancer research medical lab. I have been trying to make the outside. So far I have build the wall, but I haven't built the roof.

Today I finished the outside of the lab. I have made the walls, the roof and the doors, but I haven't worked on the inside, for example, I haven't made any rooms or anything. I am planning on making around 4 or 5 rooms. I will probably make 4 so that I can split everything up into quarters so it can be even.

Today I worked on the inside of the lab. I have created 4 rooms of equal size. There is a hall way connecting them and glass to look through. I have nearly finished the inside apart from the fact that I need to put signs on the doors, and put shelfs in the rooms.

I decided that each room would be for different research/purpose. They are: breast cancer, lung cancer, skin cancer and chemotherapy. I took screenshot of the rooms, so I have attached below a powerpoint presentation of them...
I hadn't looked into cancer, and I just got 4 cancer thingys of the top of my head. But the next chance I get I will change what the rooms are for.

Today I researched into cancer and decided to make the rooms for the 4 most deadliest types of cancer. I believe that if we prioritise, we can save lives. The first room that I will change will become one for lung and bronchial cancer, as it has killed 792,495 people between 2003 to 2007. My second room will be for colon and rectal cancer, as it has because of it we have lost 268,783 lives between 2003 to 2007. My 3rd room is for breast cancer as 206,983 between 2003 to 2007 and the 4th room will be for pancreatic cancer.
I have changed the rooms, and I have taken screenshots. As it will clog up the page, I have created a powerpoint presentation that is available below.
